| Type 302/304 are most popularly used in the manufacture of springs because of their outstanding mechanical property and corrosion resistance.Type 316 is recommended for the manufacture of springs which require a particularly high corrosion resistance and non - magnetic property, but it' s mechanical properties are somewhat inferiore to Type 302/304 ,Type 631J1/631 are used for heat resistant spring and the finished spring has the highest strength among all stainless steel alloys after heat treatment, but poorer corrosion resistace than Type 302/304. |
